This Refunds & Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of this website, https://www.arcdeck.net/ (the "Website"), ArcDeck, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("ArcDeck" “We” or “Us”) offer of services on this Website. The terms “you,” “user” and “users” refers to all individuals and other persons who access or use our services, including, without limitation, any companies, organizations and / or other legal entities that register accounts or otherwise access or use the services through their respective employees, agents or representatives.
Registration fee and no refunds
Cancellations and refunds
A refund of the full registration amount towards a particular Competition will only be provided in case of unfortunate cancellation of that Competition beyond the reasonable control of ArcDeck. In case a refund has to be provided to the cancelled Competition participants, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the same mode of payment as the original payment method used while registering. ArcDeck will send an email informing the participants of the cancelled Competition prior to processing the refunds. In case of a refund, ArcDeck will send the full amount received by us as refund, however, any currency conversion fee applied by the payment provider shall be borne by the participant.
