Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") governs your use of this website, (the "Website"), ArcDeck, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("ArcDeck" “We” or “Us”) offer of services on this Website. The terms “you,” “user” and “users” refers to all individuals and other persons who access or use our services, including, without limitation, any companies, organizations and / or other legal entities that register accounts or otherwise access or use the services through their respective employees, agents or representatives.

Registration fee and no refunds

​There may be a registration fee for the Services as defined in our Terms of Use on the website. If there is a registration fee to participate in any of ArcDeck’s competitions, all such registration costs will be mentioned on the respective competition pages. All costs and disbursements incurred by participants in preparing a submission or entry for the competition are the participant's sole responsibility. All registration or submission fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.

Cancellations and refunds

A refund of the full registration amount towards a particular Competition will only be provided in case of unfortunate cancellation of that Competition beyond the reasonable control of ArcDeck. In case a refund has to be provided to the cancelled Competition participants, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the same mode of payment as the original payment method used while registering. ArcDeck will send an email informing the participants of the cancelled Competition prior to processing the refunds. In case of a refund,  ArcDeck will send the full amount received by us as refund, however, any currency conversion fee applied by the payment provider shall be borne by the participant.
